The firm signed for a newly completed office at 515 Madison Avenue in the Plaza District. The move keeps Zimmet close to its current Midtown location while giving it fresh space in one of the neighborhood’s better-known office towers.
Also known as the DuMont Building, 515 Madison Avenue sits on the corner of East 53rd Street and rises 42 stories above Midtown. The deal is for nearly 10 years, and the firm is expected to move into the space later this year following build-out completion.
For tenants tracking activity in the Plaza District, this transaction is another sign that well-located, ready-to-occupy space at 515 Madison Avenue continues to draw demand from firms that want to stay in the heart of Midtown.
