As the Principal Broker of Noah & Co., Benjamin is responsible for overseeing all of the firm's strategic assignments and transactions, and to date, he has represented clients in lease commitments exceeding $300,000,000.
At a young age, Ben developed a reputation for his ability to execute on a range of assignments by offering clients an unrivaled fluency in the Midtown office space market and expert guidance on facilitating transactions.
Prior to founding Noah & Co. in July 2017, Benjamin worked as a commercial real estate Salesperson at Norman Bobrow & Co., where he was consistently recognized as a top-performing agent for the size and volume of his respective tenant representation assignments.
Benjamin graduated from the Sy Syms School of Business with a Bachelor of Science and is a proud graduate of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Business Program. He is also a founding member of the Yeshiva University Real Estate Executive Committee, a member of the State of Israel Bonds Young Leadership Cabinet among other philanthropic initiatives.

An efficiency-enthusiast with a passion for streamlining business workflows, Noam oversees all operational and support systems for both internal teams and Noah & Co. clients. Since moving into this role, he has evaluated, onboarded, and customized the company's full sales and marketing tech-stacks, and implemented a variety of sales-enablement and efficiency tools to support the team's day-to-day work.
Before joining Noah & Co., Noam worked as a Senior Recruiting Manager for Media Staffing, where he managed the full-recruiting cycle for both clients and candidates in the digital media/ad-tech space. He also spent time in various production roles for MTV Networks and several of its affiliate networks.
Noam graduated summa cum laude from CUNY Queens College with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and currently holds both a Real Estate Salesperson License and a Notary Public License in the State of New York.

Abe joined the Noah & Co. team in 2018 and immediately established himself as a reliable, knowledgeable, and valuable resource for both his clients and colleagues. His focus on the Midtown market (especially within the Penn Plaza and the Garment District submarkets) allows him to provide his clients with up to date trends and local market updates throughout the office leasing process.
Specializing in tenant representation for small to mid-market companies, Abe has experience negotiating renewals, relocations, and subleases, and utilizes his keen negotiating skills to ensure a successful transaction.
Abe graduated from the Sy Syms School of Business with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a minor in Marketing. He currently holds a Real Estate Salesperson License in New York.

The co-founder of a technology platform in the luxury goods space, Joshua joined the Noah & Co. team as an Account Executive and has utilized his creative abilities and entrepreneurial instincts to provide persistent value in all of his client relationships.
Originally from London, Joshua has spent many summers traveling and previously held a position with a publicly-quoted company in Hong Kong.
Joshua is a graduate of Boston University’s Questrom School of Business, where he double-majored in Finance and Real Estate. He also holds a Real Estate Salesperson license in the State of New York.
