As the Principal Broker of Noah & Co., Benjamin is responsible for overseeing all of the firm's strategic assignments and transactions, and to date, he has represented clients in lease commitments exceeding $300,000,000.

At a young age, Ben developed a reputation for his ability to execute on a range of assignments by offering clients an unrivaled fluency in the Midtown office space market and expert guidance on facilitating transactions.

Prior to founding Noah & Co. in July 2017, Benjamin worked as a commercial real estate Salesperson at Norman Bobrow & Co., where he was consistently recognized as a top-performing agent for the size and volume of his respective tenant representation assignments. 

Benjamin graduated from the Sy Syms School of Business with a Bachelor of Science and is a proud graduate of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Business Program. He is also a founding member of the Yeshiva University Real Estate Executive Committee, a member of the State of Israel Bonds Young Leadership Cabinet among other philanthropic initiatives.
Noam Benamy

An efficiency-enthusiast with an affinity for all things no-code, Noam oversees all operational and support systems for both internal teams and Noah & Co. clients. Since moving into this role, he has evaluated, onboarded, and customized the company's full sales and marketing tech-stacks, and implemented a variety of sales-enablement and efficiency tools to support the team's day-to-day work.

Before joining Noah & Co., Noam worked as a Senior Recruiting Manager for Media Staffing, where he managed the full-recruiting cycle for both clients and candidates in the digital media/ad-tech space. He also spent time in various production roles for MTV Networks and several of its affiliate networks.

Noam graduated summa cum laude from CUNY Queens College with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and currently holds both a Real Estate Salesperson License and a Notary Public License in the State of New York.
Ashlynn Fletcher

A seasoned real estate professional with experience across several verticals, Ashlynn serves as the lead point of contact for clients across all accounts within the company’s portfolio and provides direct support to our sales agents throughout the lifecycle of a deal.

Before joining Noah & Co., Ashlynn worked in various positions for both boutique and national real estate brokerages - starting her career as a sales agent before moving into executive support and coordination roles, where she managed all operational systems and client transactions.
Ralph D. Chattah

Ralph joined the Noah & Co. family in 2021, stepping in as an Account Executive primarily focused on servicing clients in the Midtown West markets. Prior to transitioning into the office space sector, Ralph worked in various commercial real estate positions across commercial mortgage and investment sales.

Ralph graduated from Yeshiva University's Sy Syms School of Business, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Finance degree. He also spent time in volunteering roles for both Sephardic Bikur Holim and The Special Children's Center in Brooklyn.

Ralph holds a Real Estate Salesperson License in the State of New York.
Maddie Sausen

In her pursuit of establishing a career in office space brokerage, Maddie joined Noah & Co. as an Account Executive in January 2023. A fast learner devoted to her work, Maddie quickly familiarized herself with the Midtown office market and immediately began providing value to companies with all of their office space decisions.

In a previous position working at Hickory Recovery Network, Maddie worked alongside top executives and played a key role in the firms various marketing strategies. She is currently working towards her Bachelor of Science in Business.
Maddie holds a Real Estate Salesperson License in the State of New York.
