Benjamin Blumenthal

Principal Broker

As the Principal Broker of Noah & Co., Benjamin is responsible for overseeing all of the firm's strategic assignments and transactions, and to date, he has represented clients in lease commitments exceeding $300,000,000.

At a young age, Ben developed a reputation for his ability to execute on a range of assignments with an unrivaled expertise in the Midtown office space market and experience guiding successful transactions.

Prior to founding Noah & Co. in July 2017, Ben’s career began in 2010 as a Salesperson at Norman Bobrow & Co., where he was consistently recognized as a top-performing agent.

Ben graduated from the Sy Syms School of Business with a Bachelor of Science and is a proud graduate of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Business Program. He is a founding member of the Yeshiva University Real Estate Executive Committee and a member of the State of Israel Bonds Young Leadership Cabinet, among other philanthropic initiatives.

Noam Benamy

An efficiency-enthusiast with an affinity for all things no-code, Noam oversees all operational and support systems for both internal teams and Noah & Co. clients. Since moving into this role, he has evaluated, onboarded, and customized the company's full sales and marketing tech-stacks, and implemented a variety of sales-enablement and efficiency tools to support the team's day-to-day work.

Before joining Noah & Co., Noam worked as a Senior Recruiting Manager for Media Staffing, where he managed the full-recruiting cycle for both clients and candidates in the digital media/ad-tech space. He also spent time in various production roles for MTV Networks and several of its affiliate networks.

Noam graduated summa cum laude from CUNY Queens College with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and currently holds both a Real Estate Salesperson License and a Notary Public License in the State of New York.

Ralph D. Chattah

Account Executive

Ralph joined the Noah & Co. family in 2021, stepping in as an Account Executive primarily focused on servicing clients in the Garment District and Grand Central neighborhoods in Midtown. It didn't take long for Ralph's client base to grow; after just a short period, he began representing tenants of various sizes on their office space requirements throughout Midtown.

Prior to transitioning into the office space sector, Ralph worked in various commercial real estate positions across commercial mortgage and investment sales.

Ralph graduated from Yeshiva University's Sy Syms School of Business, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Finance degree. He also spent time in volunteering roles for both Sephardic Bikur Holim in Brooklyn and Moreshet Yerushalayim in Jerusalem.

Ralph holds a Real Estate Salesperson License in the State of New York.

Maddie Sausen

In her pursuit of establishing a career in office space brokerage, Maddie joined Noah & Co. as an Account Executive in January 2023. A fast learner devoted to her work, Maddie quickly familiarized herself with the Midtown office market and immediately began providing value to companies with all of their office space decisions.

In a previous position working at Hickory Recovery Network, Maddie worked alongside top executives and played a key role in the firms various marketing strategies. She is currently working towards her Bachelor of Science in Business.

Maddie holds a Real Estate Salesperson License in the State of New York.

Rachel Fox

Business Development Representative

In late 2023, Rachel began working at Noah & Co. as a Business Development Representative, primarily focused on expanding her knowledge of the Midtown office space market and sharing that value with clients.

Her passion for NYC's real estate market wasn't new; Rachel previously completed a summer internship at Matthews Real Estate Investment Services, where she had the opportunity to learn about the day-to-day responsibilities of a broker, including lead generation, cold calling, underwriting, and financial modeling.

Rachel is currently a senior business management major at Adelphi University, with an anticipated graduation date in the Spring of 2024. She also holds a Real Estate Salesperson license in the state of New York.
