i80 Group has signed a 10-year lease for approximately 17,000 square feet at 1345 Avenue of the Americas, according to Commercial Observer. The transaction covers the 18th floor and gives the investment firm a new Midtown office in the Plaza District.

The lease totals 17,283 square feet. i80 Group is relocating from 1330 Avenue of the Americas, with the move expected to be completed in mid-2027.

The deal adds to recent leasing activity at 1345 Avenue of the Americas, a 49-story office tower on Sixth Avenue. For i80 Group, the relocation creates a larger new home while keeping the company in the Midtown market.
