The move brings John Allan’s from 575 Fifth Avenue to 4 East 46th Street, where the company will continue offering its private club-style grooming experience. The lease covers 3,225 square feet across floors 25 and 26, based on the transaction details, while Commercial Observer reported the deal at approximately 3,000 square feet. The lease term was not disclosed, and asking rents at the building were reported at $60 per square foot.

John Allan’s has maintained a Grand Central-area presence for more than 30 years. Its relocation to 4 East 46th Street keeps the company close to its existing customer base while giving the brand a new Midtown East address.
