Nearwater Management is moving to 37,563 square feet on the entire 28th floor at 245 Park Avenue under an eight-year lease, according to Commercial Observer.

The move will expand the asset management firm’s New York office footprint as it relocates within SL Green Realty’s portfolio. Nearwater previously occupied 17,289 square feet at One Vanderbilt after signing a lease there in 2021.

The new space at 245 Park Avenue gives Nearwater a larger headquarters in the Grand Central submarket. The lease covers the full 28th floor, or Suite 2800, and reflects the company’s continued commitment to Midtown Manhattan.
