40 West 25th Street in Manhattan

Orbital has signed an 11,185-square-foot lease for the entire sixth floor at 40 West 25th Street, according to Commercial Observer. The AI real estate platform is relocating its Manhattan office from a temporary space at 18 West 18th Street.

The move gives Orbital a full-floor office as it continues building technology for the real estate industry. The company, founded in 2018, supports more than 250,000 property transactions each year and also has offices in Los Angeles and London.

Orbital said New York is central to both the U.S. legal and real estate industries, making 40 West 25th Street a natural home for its headquarters. The company’s CEO and co-founder, Will Pearce, said the office will support its continued growth as Orbital develops tools designed for real estate transactions.
