Patreon has renewed its 44,661-square-foot sublease at 75 Varick Street in Manhattan’s Hudson Square, according to Commercial Observer.

The membership and monetization platform is staying at the 18-story office building, also known as One Hudson Square. The renewal keeps Patreon in place at the property, although the lease term and asking rent were not disclosed.

The deal comes as Hudson Square continues to see stronger office demand. The area’s leasing volume more than doubled from 2024 to 2025, while average asking rents rose more than 17% over the last three years, according to data cited in the source report.
