Savills is expanding its New York City presence with a 20,481-square-foot satellite office at 560 Lexington Avenue, according to Commercial Observer. The company will occupy the entire third floor of the 22-story Midtown East tower under a five-year lease.

The new space gives Savills additional room for its program and project management group. The office is also located four blocks north of the company’s U.S. headquarters at 399 Park Avenue.

The lease adds to the recent activity at 560 Lexington Avenue and reflects continued demand for well-sized office suites in the Grand Central area. For Savills, the move provides room to support its growing platform while keeping its Midtown presence close to its existing headquarters.
