825 Third Avenue in Midtown Manhattan

The World Economic Forum signed a 15-year, 58,131-square-foot lease covering the sixth through eighth floors at 825 Third Avenue, according to Commercial Observer.

The Switzerland-based nonprofit will relocate from 350 Madison Avenue and plans to move into its new space next year. The lease gives the organization more than three full floors, creating a new New York workplace and convening hub for its teams, partners, and communities.

The deal adds to the recent activity at 825 Third Avenue, a 40-story Midtown office tower that has undergone a reported $150 million renovation. The World Economic Forum will occupy the entirety of floors 6 through 8.
