Zeta Global signed a 10-year lease for about 50,522 square feet across the 38th and 39th floors at 1411 Broadway, doubling its New York footprint and relocating its headquarters from 3 Park Avenue, according to The Real Deal.

The lease adds a major technology tenant to 1411 Broadway as the 1.2 million-square-foot building continues its leasing push following a roughly $100 million renovation. Zeta’s new space will give the company room to expand while bringing its New York headquarters into a larger, updated workplace.

The lease is expected to support 1411 Broadway’s occupancy reaching 90 percent by the end of the year. The building’s recent improvements include updates to its plaza, façade, elevators and infrastructure, along with a redesigned lobby and a planned rooftop amenity space.
