Zip, a digital banking company focused on credit and payment services, is relocating to 41 Madison Avenue in NoMad, according to Commercial Observer. The company will move into 13,394 square feet across the building’s entire 18th floor in April 2027.

The lease runs for 11 years. Financial terms were not disclosed.

At 41 Madison Avenue, Zip will join a recently upgraded office environment that includes a redesigned lobby and a 7,000-square-foot conference facility. The 42-story property spans 550,000 square feet and sits just northeast of Madison Square Park.

The new lease brings 41 Madison Avenue to 93 percent leased, according to the building owner.
