An artificial intelligence-driven content engineering platform, AirOps, is moving its New York City headquarters to Chelsea with a new office at 218 West 18th Street, according to Commercial Observer.
The San Francisco-based company has committed to 13,504 square feet at 218 West 18th Street, a 12-story boutique office property owned by Meadow Partners between Seventh and Eighth avenues. AirOps will occupy the entire prebuilt eighth floor, giving the growing platform a full, turn-key workspace tailored for a fast-scaling tech team.
Ownership has been investing in upgrades at 218 West 18th Street since acquiring the 165,586-square-foot building in December 2021 for $170 million. As part of that effort, Meadow Partners has been repositioning the Chelsea property with a series of prebuilt suites, including newly completed space on multiple floors designed to make move-ins faster and simpler for tenants like AirOps.
The eighth-floor installation at 218 West 18th Street was delivered fully furnished to streamline AirOps’ transition into the building. That approach aligns with Meadow Partners’ broader strategy to create modern, ready-to-use office environments that support tenants’ operations from day one.
