Eagle AI has signed a 6,500-square-foot lease for an entire floor at 120 Fifth Avenue, according to Commercial Observer. The artificial intelligence solutions provider signed the deal in September as it relocates from 5 Penn Plaza.

The lease brings Eagle AI to the Chelsea office building’s full-floor layout. The term and asking rent were not disclosed.

At 120 Fifth Avenue, Eagle AI will occupy 6,500 square feet on the fourth floor. The transaction adds another technology-focused company to the building and gives Eagle AI a dedicated New York office.
