Observer Media is relocating its offices to 1330 Avenue of the Americas, taking 16,400 square feet across the building’s entire third floor, according to Commercial Observer.

The move brings the digital media company from Lower Manhattan to Midtown. Observer Media is expected to move into 1330 Avenue of the Americas in December, with the new office space held through a sublease that runs until February 2031.

The transaction gives Observer Media a full floor at the 40-story office building in the Plaza District. The company is taking over space that is being consolidated by the existing sublandlord, creating a new Midtown base for its operations.
